زیرواحد آلفا-۱ کاتالیتیک پروتئین کیناز فعال‌شده با ۵'-آدنوزین مونوفسفات (انگلیسی: 5'-AMP-activated protein kinase catalytic subunit alpha-1) که با نام «AMPKa1» هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «PRKAA1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۴][۵]

این پروتئین متعلق به خانوادهٔ پروتئین کینازهای اختصاصی سرین/ترئونین است. ثابت شده که طی پیرایش دگرسان، نسخهٔ‌های رونویسی مختلفی از این ژن که ایزوفرم‌های گوناگونی را پدیدمی‌آوردند، به وجود می‌آید.[۵]

این پروتئین با مولکول TSC2[۶][۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
