اینتگرین آلفا ۷ (انگلیسی: Integrin alpha 7) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ITGA7» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵] وجودِ «اینتگرین آلفا ۷» برای تنظیم تعامل متقابل سلول و ماتریکس برون‌یاخته‌ای، حیاتی است و این پروتئین به میزان قابل توجهی در ماهیچه اسکلتی، ماهیچه صاف و ماهیچهٔ قلبی بیان می‌شود و جایگاهش بیشتر در سارکومر و کوستامر است.

اهمیت بالینی

جهش در ژن «ITGA7» در بیماری «میوپاتی مادرزادی طبقه‌بندی‌نشده»^[۶] و «کاردیومیوپاتی غیر متراکم» (NCC)^[۷] مشاهده شده‌است.

همچنین مشاهده گردیده که در دیستروفی ماهیچه‌ای دوشن و دیستروفی ماهیچه‌ای بکر، بیان ژنی «آلفا-۷بی» تشدید می‌شود.^[۸]
